Today, Burger Buns, both savoury and sweet, can be made in many different ways to suit different occasions.

This course will teach you the basic rules of the classic recipe and apply them to three more innovative recipes. You will be guided step by step from kneading to baking.

Part of the course will also be dedicated to exploring the technical properties required of the professional flour that you will need to use according to the type of Burger Bun you wish to bake.

The course will be held in person (max. 10 participants) and will last 4 hours (from 2:30 pm to approximately 6:30 pm).
